does anyone feel a quarter life of crisis in college years? What the heck am I doing? I recently watch a kid movie and it was really good but at same time I’m sad I’m not a kid anymore. I’m 20, like I feel I’m not adult but a kid anymore. As adult, it scary. Everyone having fun beside me, people are becoming adults beside me, and life is moving fast. It’s overwhelming

It's an awkward time, for sure. Especially with GAD.
Even later in life it can seem like life is going by fast, others are having fun and progressing through life, and the world is passing you by. When you have GAD and disengage from people and life, that is the vantage point you see things from.
I totally get what you're feeling. Honestly, it's so common to have those "what am I doing?" moments in your 20s, especially in college when life feels like it's speeding up. You're caught in this weird in-between stage where you're not a kid, but you don't quite feel like a full-on adult either. It's scary because suddenly there are all these responsibilities and expectations, and it feels like everyone else has it all figured out (spoiler: they don’t, either).
It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed by how fast things are moving. And yeah, watching something that reminds you of being a kid can really hit you with that nostalgia. But just know that everyone has their own pace. Life can seem like it’s rushing, but it’s okay to not have it all together yet. You’re still figuring things out, and there’s no rush to “become” an adult. You’ll get there, bit by bit. For now, it’s okay to feel a little lost—it’s part of the process.
