you can find new friends who struggle with social anxiety . im here if you need to chat, i struggle with it as welll

You might check with your local NAMI Chapter and see what they have available or if they could recommend one for you.

Check out LiveWell-Foundation.org. They have online zoom peer support groups for depression and anxiety . I found them very helpful a few years ago. There are several different groups throughout the week. Everyone was really nice and supportive and the moderators were great.

You could try HeyPeers. I haven’t personally used them but have heard good things.
