Hi- I am new to this site. Actually, I am new to Online Support Groups, Chat Rooms and almost any other forms of online communication. I enjoy writing and I know I will enjoy reading and supporting others who live with anxiety and depression. I have no idea how or where to start so I will just look around on the site and in the chat room to see if I can learn and grow. Thank you!

Give yourself a little time Puzzler to get acquainted with the members as you

hear them tell their experiences. I will start with my struggle with Anxiety that

went into Agoraphobia. As difficult as it was, I never gave up hope in finding a

way out. Here I am to give hope that through this community we can find the
