When I have good times even if I smile at one person one person I have made a difference as I don't know if that one person will take it and smile at others they will meet on their way to wherever they are going or on their way back home and a smile is contagious and a smile could reach a flock of people in this world and they will meet to the next and next and they then do it so it will reach so many in one time.

Smile
While you're at it: stick your tongue out playfully at children when their parents aren't watching. I do this and I get incredulous 'you did not just do that' looks, smiles, giggles, and even playful tongues stuck out right back at me. The world, as we know, is hell. Why not make it just a little sillier, playful, and better for the little ones? Maybe they'll fear this hell less than we. I'm so tired of being afraid.
Smile and the world smiles with you, ive just had a stay in IC in hospital and the difference in the nurses who smiled and said good morning and those who just got on with the job was so helpful to my recovery and well-being was amazing,
Yes and that makes a massive difference we should smile at others to build each other up and when we going through something others build us up sometimes it's really hard to smile when we are so depressed and mental illness but that is when we need each other and others to help us be lifted up we cannot do it on our own we need to share love in this world and not just think about how we feel all the time we need to share love with each other and I am feeling so awful today but that doesn't mean I can't share love with others then it actually helps how I am feeling by giving love to others and make their day and then blessing shared to them and I am blessed from sharing that love to others as it shows that I am acting out to give love to others and then we receive that love back to us as well as others receive love from me we cannot always go by our own feelings we make ourselves worse because we think about our own feelings sometimes and forget about others not intentionally instead of others because deep depression and anxieties and mental illness pulls us right down to the bottom that we can't even think about others and only go by how horrible we feel and we don't mean to not think about others feelings but deep depression feels like death and we can't even think about anything really because it's sucks us in like very solid dry mud that we just can't get out from and it's just really horrible to even be in. But we do care about others in reality but we are not really in reality at the time and I am in this at the moment.
