I am a highly sensitive person, this sensitivity can lead to a range of challenges, including feeling overwhelmed by crowds, noise, or intense emotions. Also, bright lights and uncomfortable clothes and I feel anxious often.

I too am a highly sensitive person. I am so sensitive to loud noises, crowds and bright lights too. I hate it, but I have learned to deal with it somewhat.

I know this is an old post but I just now saw it and wanted to respond that my granddaughter has sensory/sensitivity issues with noise, smells, bright lights, crowds and even food issues and she has been diagnosed as being on the autism and asperger's spectrum which helped explain it alot for her.
