I've been dealing with anxiety for what feels like 20 years I'm only 30 so it's been fun some weeks or days im good then others it feels like I'm dying! I've had multiple tests done and all came back positive. I used to smoke drink and smoke Marijuana to help with it but never fully did. Was on medication foe it years ago which help immensely but I don't like being dependent on that. That was years ago! I've just recently quit smoking 8 months ago still have a bit of alcohol on the occasion but thats all. Since quitting I actually felt better I started exercising and felt great but then I bought a house, got married , and now own and ryn a business, I have never had anxiety this bad it feels like I'm having a heart attacj every 5 seconds I'm dizzy all the time cant sleep it's becoming a living night mare I jusy want it to stop I'm exhausted, the worst is the constant adrenaline rushes OMG THEY ARE RHE WORST!!!! Trying to see a doctor for it is impossible rifht now on the area I live in because there are so manu people moving to my little town that it's months out to see a physician that can help me with my situation. I just need some help I need reliefif it's just for a second. if yall have have any tips or jusy wanna talk please feel free

Hi Subarufreak988,

Thank you for your post. You have made so much progress on improving your life situation so well done to you.

As you have reported your anxiety seems to be a problem. Living in the USA, I recommend you call 988 for mental health support. You might not know its been available since July 2022.

When a person accesses 988 via call, text, or chat, they are connected to a trained counselor who can provide help to reduce emotional distress of all types.

The first service offered by 988 is “someone to talk to.”

Unlike 911, 988 itself is a service, connecting individuals to counselors who can provide immediate help.

Wishing you all the best 🐈‍⬛

Hi Subarufreak...all I can say is "wow"...you've had all the super stressors one

right after another. It would be amazing if you didn't feel like this. And yes that

rush of adrenaline is the worst. However, with practice, it can be controlled

through regulated breathing. Feeling dizzyheaded can have a lot to do with

hyperventilation or holding your breath when stressed. The brain and heart

need that oxygen to survive. Taking time to deep breathe (known as belly

breathing) and then exhaling long and slow can make a significant difference

in how you feel. With daily practice it can work faster than a pill and keep

you had a more even keel.

Preferably done first thing upon awakening, midafternoon and before bed at

night. Add to that quiet Mindfulness and Meditation and you will see the

benefits.

I'm happy to have you with us where you will learn from other's experiences.

We are not doctors or therapists but you can learn from us and how we all

have attained where we are at emotionally and physically.

You still need to see your doctors regularly but know that you have the support

and understanding you need 24/7. We all care. You are in good hands now new

friend. :) xx

Is that what they call the panic attack rush? It’s fear sensation that takes over my body and I start sweating badly. I also can’t sleep from it and I’m exhausted. It’s hard to breathe or relax. And it makes me dizzy and achy. I’m single and currently have no friends or close family members. I always wondered what a partner might think or how supportive could be.
