My depression, anxiety and agoraphobia have become too much now. The physical symptoms are freaking me out.
I'm going through the correct routes with my doctor to get support, I'm back on Sertraline (not that I think it helps) and I have Diazepam for anxiety if needed.
But I just wanted to ask, does anyone else's body ache, like all the time? Just a general fatigue that makes your body feel weak and overwhelmed?
I keep seeing chronic fatigue mentioned but I don't want to spiral down that rabbit hole with my health anxiety.
Just hearing your stories would really help, I feel like I'm going insane. I wake up as tired as when I went to sleep.

It's a common symptom of anxiety/depression and compounded by your hyper-vigilance from the anxiety and believing that your anxious feelings are real. When you heal and start recovering the physical symptoms start to dissipate and will eventually disappear.
You might make sure your hormones (testosterone), thyroid and adrenals are functioning properly, if not they can cause or contribute to anxiety/depression. Also, although you probably don't feel like it, routinely doing some physical exercise even walking could help with the physical symptoms.
And if you aren't aware of it, I found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful for my anxiety. Knowing how anxiety works and how to deal with it takes away a lot of the fear around it.
I am currently suffering from chronic fatigue. It is extremely uncomfortable all the time. I havent found anything that helps relieve it whatsoever so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
I also suffer from severe anxiety, depression and agoraphobia just to start things off. My anxiety is through the roof and I can barely leave my house. Trying to figure out what to do next, which is extremely difficult when also suffering from fatigue. These disorders all work together to work against us in all directions, it seems
My legs just feel weak and ache all the time. I constantly think I've now got chronic fatigue syndrome (which is terrifying because there's no cure).
I sleep for 8 - 9 hours a night, I have sleep apnea and have been using a machine for a year but apparently my numbers are fine and I should be feeling way more rested.
Please message if you ever need to talk, even if it's just "this symptom is worrying me".
