I have bipolar disorder. I m having severe depression I don't feel like doing anything for myself anymore. My marriage is not stable . I feel like it's my fault. I don't have any friends. The ones I had don't stay in touch wit. me like they use too. I don't feel useful. I feel rejected. Please any encouraging advice
