I like to reorganize the furniture and deep clean. If I am not up to that a hot bath, or watch a motivational movie, or listen to some angry music. Really going to therapy is probably my best bet, but some of those things can help to get me moving.☮️
Here. Don't allow yourself to isolate and withdraw for long, it can consume you. Reach out, get out of the house, even though its often the hardest thing to do. Can you say a little more, like how long, what the hardest parts are for you? There are a lot of things people can do that helps, and I'm a pretty good resource for self help strategies.
what has helped me is pouring myself into something creative when I have bursts of energy every day if possible even if it’s 10 min💙💎then over time you have something proud of you made I hope it helps??🙏🏽

My Sister mentioned it to me the other day, just finishing off my "book" after 15 years, I ignored her when she said "Well what are you going to do now?" Then she said if I had not been doing that book, 15 years, spending thousands of hours researching for it, absorbing millions of facts, most completely irrelevant, I do not think you would have made it! I have just come through a particularly BAD seven year episode in my life, okay badly mentally and physically scarred, but it kept my mind busy, keeping away the dark clouds of depression, now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and achievement [a relief to friends and relatives "not that book again!"🙄] I was isolated but I had a purpose, a goal to achieve👍
