Search NAMI National Alliance on Mental Illness to see if they have one near where you live. They have both in person and virtual. nami.org/Support-Education/...

There are also virtual/Zoom support groups through LiveWell Foundation. I was part of one a few years ago and really got a lot out of it. Great moderators and very organized.
