This is a great place to get support even though it isn't live. There is always someone here day and night. If you really connect with someone you can private message them and if you both happen to be on at the same time, you can text back and forth in real time. It is a great way to connect with people. You might want to give it a try. Anyway, I just wanted to welcome you.

yeah, thank you for asking, gajh today was almost too much, im hurting this is uncharted territory for my depression and I got this knot of anxiety right in my guts.

I am so sorry to hear that. I was hoping you were doing better. I have seen you active on this site. I am glad you are staying connected. I hope that knowing you aren't alone is bringing you some comfort. I hope you feel free to post more so that you can get the support that you need. Yeah I’ve been distracting myself by making some replies, seeing if I can help anywhere and being connected. thanks for encouraging me to post more and yes knowing I’m not alone does help a lot. I appreciate the kind words, you are one of those great people gajh. Thank you for caring.

So sorry U R having issues with your gut. Out of my experience, I have issues with my gut when I am anxious including acid reflux.

U can even try over the. Counter products such as Nexium and Omeprozole.
