Online support groups

I'm looking for online, free support groups for anxiety. My anxiety is killing me and I need help and support. I feel trapped here and alone. Idk how much longer I can handle this level of anxiety, it's so so bad.. I can barely get out of bed.😣😖 I constantly feel like I'm in a war zone, like my life is being threatened. It will not go away.

In my opinion, this is a good and free supportive community.

It may not have a facilitator, but a lot of the peers here suffer from severe anxiety and/or depression.

I feel the same ,but i make myself do things. i have to i live alone. You are not alone!

We all have similar problems, some of us are further along on our healing journeys, and stay to help others.

Don't forget to see your Doctor, though. None of us are medically qualified currently. I was a nurse until Fibromyalgia forced me to retire.
