I've found that lately I've been either just agitated or annoyed more than usual. Sounds very "emo" -esque to say, but even people having happy conversations around me just seems to make me annoyed.
Occasionally, my dorm mates will bring in friends of their own (we have a relatively bigger dorm so with a coach and tv and such, which allows for more people to be present). And it annoys me so bad that I can hear everything they talk or laugh about, despite me asking them to be quite multiple times. (Tempted to call RA's about a noise problem as they technically aren't supposed to be there but I don't really want to be an asshole haha.)

So sorry that you R going thru this. Is there a place at your university where U can reach out for therapy or counseling ? R U on any meds ? It’s brave that U came on HU. Can U leave your dorm and go to a quiet place sometimes?
I have been seeing a counselor every two weeks that my campus provides, and she has been great to talk to. I am meeting with a psychiatrist later in May to perhaps get a diagnosis and perhaps some medication. Admittedly it is a bit cold and most places after 7, except for a cafe we have (which can sometimes be a bit noisy) which is why I've been staying indoors haha.
It’s great that U R seeing a counselor. Receiving a diagnosis and perhaps meds might be very beneficial for you. There R also things, like meditation, exercising, deep breathing exercises, journaling among others that might help you.
Is there anything upsetting that's happened to you recently that perhaps has brought this on or have you been having physical symptoms that are unusual for you as when you don't feel well physically or have had an upsetting experience it can make everything seem worse even innocent things can wind you up!
To be honest I think overhearing people I don't really like have fun with each other and laugh while I'm stuck inside my room struggling with loneliness does not help, but yeah, I think there have been a lot of minor things that have been stacking up lately that have been to hard to really ignore now.
