What am I doing...

I've been wanting to post but every time I pick up the phone to, the thoughts just comes rushing in and then boom it's overwhelming so I don't. But here I am finally writing something. Now where do I start?

You might grab a pen and paper first, and jot down what you want to talk about one item at a time. I find it quite helpful when trying to structure my own thoughts. It might also reveal a starting point that you are comfortable with.

Thank you. I started writing before, I didn't even realize I wasn't no more. My mind feels so lost sometimes.

Start with the first thing that comes to your mind. I think once you get started the conversation will flow naturally into the other things you have on your mind. What is bothering you the most?

That's the problem, everything feels together. I feel like I need further help to organize my feelings and problems which is hard to find right now. Thank you for taking your time to write me, I really appreciate it.

Have you ever tried journaling? That could be worth a try.
