I've been wanting to post but every time I pick up the phone to, the thoughts just comes rushing in and then boom it's overwhelming so I don't. But here I am finally writing something. Now where do I start?

You might grab a pen and paper first, and jot down what you want to talk about one item at a time. I find it quite helpful when trying to structure my own thoughts. It might also reveal a starting point that you are comfortable with.

Start with the first thing that comes to your mind. I think once you get started the conversation will flow naturally into the other things you have on your mind. What is bothering you the most?
