my stomach keeps hurting. I think it all anxiety related. I have hydroxozine that I can take as needed to help with my anxiety. I was getting super sweaty and feeling like I was going to throw up. It’s very scary. I think this is all stemming from earlier today when I felt nauseous but now I’m over analyzing wondering if I’m sick with stomach bug. I’m attempting to have some crackers and then take my hydroxozine I’m hoping that helps

really bad night
Hey, Daisy425, I am so sorry you feel this way. I often feel this way in the worsts of my anxieties. Always keep water with you and nibble on some crackers, and, if you like it, have some good hot tea! I have found chamomile with some honey to be a gracious drink for my stomach. If you can't eat, broth is always good. Watch your favorite show or your favorite youtube videos.
I am sending good vibes your way.
I’m just really hoping this is my anxiety and not a stomach bug. I’m very anxious about that
Understandable, this is one of the worst parts of anxiety is being anxious it is more than anxiety and that its actually sickness. But remember, if it's a bug, it will pass. Drink plenty of fluids and most importantly, take care of yourself. I believe in you.
I had a bagel for breakfast. My stomach is still a little uneasy but I’m drinking water. Going to have a muffin for lunch and might get soup for dinner
I hope you’re feeling better this morning
Nausea is horrible — it's one of my daily symptoms, and I know how awful it can be. I find that holding pieces of ice in my hands can help with the nausea, because it distracts me and gives me a different sensation to focus on.
Hi Daisy425, I'm so sorry you're feeling bad. I want to mention that 10 years ago I was given hydroxyzine for anxiety and it had the exact opposite effect. It made my heart beat faster and made me sweaty and nervous. I tell you this because everyone's body chemistry is different and not all meds work the same for us. If you're not feeling better, you should see your dr about a possible medication change. I hope you have a better day today.
