Feeling anxious tonight and I feel pretty bummed about it. The last few days I’ve felt really good and anytime I’ve felt like I was getting anxious I could take a deep breath or focus on other things. I’ve also been really busy the last few days and have been with family and friends so that could’ve played a part in it. I just feel like nothing is working tonight. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day and I’m hopeful that I’ll feel better.

Hey I understand how you feel. Some days are better than others. I deal with anxiety as well and this has happened to me numerous times. I am always here if you need someone to talk to. Just remember that some days are better than others. Stay strong
I understand completely. I feel like I am always there for everyone but no one is there for me and my heart beats so fast and I just want to block out the hurt. I get you.
hi dogmom88, its ok to have good days then an off day. do you keep a journal. if not you should. it is a great way to find out what you are doing that works for you and what isn't. so you can focus on the right methods. here is what a proper journal should have. 1. date/time - begin with the first moment of your eyes open... til the last moment when you close your eyes. 2. every activity, places, people you talk to, food you eat/drink, any hobbies etc. 3. for each activity in the next column write how you felt. 4. next column write was the result of it. anxious, depressed, happy, or just ok... if it caused anxiety... beside it column 5. write how you dealt with it if you used any method to stop it or just let it do its thing on its own. this is very effective. try it for 1 month. it will show a pattern.
