Howdy Hi838 and welcome! I hope that you can have some compassion for yourself. It can be hard to relax, but sometimes there is not a lot we can do on a given day. Sure, it would be great to get more done tomorrow, but if you end up not getting anything at all done, I hope you can be okay with that too. I just know I suffered mentally for years if I sat still beating up on myself then was never happy being productive, just anxiously rushing from one task to the next. I wish you peace, hope, and strength on your journey.☮️

I don't know if you like books, but I love "Feeling Great" by David Burns. He talks about tuning down our anxiety to where it is helpful again instead of demotivating us. I find it amazing how much more energy and drive I have to do stuff when I can accept where I am and not beat myself up. Just my experience.☮️

Make a small list and tackle it.

It's good for us to take a " nothing day" but we can't live there.

I hope today is a good one for you

I have days like that. Everyone does. I think it is part of being human.

Hi838 one of the most important words I've learned over time was to "Pace" myself.

Unless we do, we get overwhelmed and go no where. We fall behind and accomplish

nothing which puts us in a spiral of disappointment. One thing at a time as Dolphin

suggested...a small list that you can check off and see results. Start off slow but pick

up speed as you go along will get you to where you want to be. Good Luck.. :) xx
