Stay postive young one!!!!! You are on the right path, I didn't seeking out help or support from peers until I was 30 and it was hard. I found this support group last month and it has really helped me to grow and feel better. Reading what others have gone through and delt with has given me strength and made me feel better. I am sorry that you are going through this right now. Do you have a bible? Have you ever read the book of Psalms? Psalms is a book of crying out and expressing the loneliness, despair, and anxiety to God, but by the end of the prayers, they are ending with songs of praise to God!
If you do have a bible, I would suggest you start by reading Psalms chapter 37.
I would also suggest getting yourself a notebook and keep a journal, write everything down that you want to express. Writing your thoughts down on paper helps relieve the stress and thoughts in your mind.
One more thing, music is a good form of relaxation. Do you enjoy classical or Contemporary Christian, maybe some oldies or instrumental? Sit back with a cup of tea and listen to the music, or maybe enjoy a nice walk while listening to the music.
Praying for guidance, direction and peace while you are working through this storm of life is a must as well.
1st and foremost....slow down and BREATHE!!! 2nd is to take things 1 day one hour one breath at a time. Do what you feel like you can handle and remember that you can always work on things tomorrow. Sometimes it's something as simple as taking a shower...or loading the dishwasher...sometimes it's cleaning house....sometimes it's just getting up and moving from the bedroom to the living room.

To help you recover, look up Dr Claire Weekes online, learn about anxiety and practice her teachings in full.
Her books will help you understand what you are going through and will help to remove some of the fear and bewilderment you are probably feeling right now [what is happening to me!!??😱].
With this knowledge, recovery is just a matter of time by developing a genuine attitude of accepting the symptoms instead of battling them and desperately wanting to feel better.

I am sorry to hear about this anxiety that you are dealing with right now. Have you thought about getting involved in a support group for anxiety? That might be a good first step for you. They are free, and a lot of churches host support group meetings. There is a great support group called "Celebrate Recovery". You can look them up online and find one that is closest to you.
