Does anyone else randomly itchy on their hands and feet?

This started randomly a few days ago and it’s not constant. It drives me nuts when it starts though. I have been really uptight about my first dentist appointment in a few years. I have bad dental phobia. It was yesterday and went well but I still don’t like it. I have another appointment coming up to have a broken molar removed.

Hola Grandmaof3, I don't know that I have experienced that. Would it probably be something with circulation since it is starting at your extremities? Maybe the anxiety restricts your breathing (I know it can for me) and affects oxygen flow? If you think this would be due to added anxiety around the dentist maybe it will be resolved after? ☮️
