Emotions

Emotions don’t come easy. We have to learn how to control, provide, see, and communicate with emotions. Sometimes we have to turn off our emotions and some people can’t turn them back on. They feel numb. They don’t know how to express themselves anymore. It’s OK, that’s me.

I agree dear that there are times we need to be just be with ourselves

and that's okay. Embrace that time. Feeling numb is a part of our brain

protecting us. As you heal and find the light again, your emotions will

come back. Welcome to a safe and caring community. We support you :) xx

I agree.

I will tell you the photo bright out a wonderful emotion. It made me smile and feel very happy.

Is that your baby? How did you get him/her to stay still?

welcome to this site. Lots of good people here. True, sometimes we need a moment to ourselves. Gather our thoughts. Figure out a plan.

Not to ask too quickly and you do not have to answer…are you reaching out to someone to talk? A therapist perhaps. Even a good friend or some people come here to speak openly.

I do. Especially when I am wiping out my friends with stuff. Not sure they understand what is going on. But I do have great friends.
