Afraid of taking medications for anxiety

Hello, I am going through so much anxiety about being dependent on the numerous medications that my psychiatrist prescribed. I have schizoaffective disorder. One day it just happened and I was diagnosed in 2020. Just wondering if anyone out there feels the same way. I find myself pacing out of anxiety.

I have schizoaffective disorder. At one end there is schizophrenia and at the other end there is depression and mood disorder. I want to reduce the amount of drugs I am dependent on.

I take paroxetine, clonazepam and Lybalvi for my disorder.
