Anxious

I feel like absolute crap 🤧I keep sneezing and just so lightheaded. I'm so anxious tonight. Im not sure what to do. I'm trying to distract myself like I normally can, but tonight it's just not working. Could use a friend

Can you take Benadryl? It helps with mine. And if you need to get some sleep it helps with that too.

Got hit by a pretty bad anxiety wave earlier today. When its really bad I actually get some hives.

These things tend to come in waves. It will go back down, but I know how uncomfortable it is when you are feeling it. I was able to distract myself with some really interesting documentaries on Youtube...distraction really does help but obviously when it is especially bad even that won't work that well.

Its frustrating and tiring to deal with. But I am just waiting for my next therapy meeting and hopefully make some more progress.

Wishing you a quick recovery as I believe you mentioned you were sick a few days ago.
