Question, but does it feel when you have bad anxiety the day goes by fast or it goes by slow?

For me it feels like it goes by fast because I'm constantly thinking about my anxiety.

Curious to see if others have the same feeling.

I remember those days and for me, the day went by slow.

I also had anticipation over what it would be like tomorrow...

Just "let it go"...it is what it is and will eventually leave. :) xx

Very long story short, that could go either way for me. (I suffer from GAD too)

Slow for me too because I don't have anything to do.

For me, the days tend to go slowly. I spend the day wishing that the day would pass and that tomorrow would come, because my anxiety goes away as time passes. Sometimes I am anxious in the morning, but it goes away as I get along with my day.
