It's a game changer. Today i did two things that brought me anxiety - tried to catch a bus home but misssed it and ended up paying for taxi. My anxious mindset would say - i messed up, cold and money. On the other hand i went out and talked with people and saw my ex therapist and we might reunite when she's less busy and i know what my schedule is like. Second i called dad and he said sis is sick. I got triggered idk why. But on the bright side i can start taking meds from here and now so i don't get infected

I'm glad you are focusing on the positive - that's not always easy to do. Hope it works out to see your therapist soon, she sounds great.
