I have anxiety disorder and depression and just wondering if anyone out there knows anything about what I am experiencing now. I’m waking up many times during the night and just sooth myself back to sleep. But at about 4 am I wake in a panic and can’t seem to get back to sleep! This is new for me, I have been sleeping well up to now.

Same!the last two months I’ve been waking up at the exact same time every morning with a racing heart and feelings of dread.
Prior to this I slept great and was my only escape!i hate anxiety!!!

Sleep is so important,especially when you have anxiety.and when it’s disturbed it feels terrible.i hope you manage to get back into a good sleep and feel better soon😊
Hi I also suffer from depression and anxiety and this happens to me every night to and has been for about 3 months now. I wake up at half 3 every night without fail and struggle to get back to sleep. Its really horrible so I know how u feel. What medication are u on? X
