Try 12steps groups.Even if they don’t address anxiety as their main focus it helps hearing people share about their life experiences.Codependents anonymous,adult children of alcoholic/dysfunctional families are good places to start.Even Alcoholics Anonymous.Many meetings on zoom every day.Good luck😁

You might check with your local NAMI Chapter and see what resources they have, they have groups, I don't know if they are online or in-person.
