I find a way to volunteer or help others. Gives me perspective and makes me feel good.

Going out of my way to be espeically kind to others; being loving and understanding with family; doing my best; reading; petting my cats; talking with a good friend on the phone; praying; praying; praying.

The things I do to increase my own happiness is in making others happy.

It takes but a smile or a kind word to make someone else's day. Too many

lonely, sad people in this world. I try to make a difference :)
