anxiety attacks

Yesterday I had a full blown anxiety attack while I was visiting my brother in Florida. I started panicking and crying and couldn’t stop. I realized I forgot to take my medication for three days. I left on the plane a day early because I was so overwhelmed. I’m glad I left but I feel guilty for changing my plans. But if anyone has tips for panic/anxiety attacks I’m all ears.

Thanks!

Great response, great advice. Practice makes perfect. :) xx

I’ve found super helpful stuff on you tube. Just search anxiety attacks, real good pointers on getting thru them.

Good luck 😊
