I was doing well for a few days and I started planing and getting ready to go back to work. I was so happy and relieved, I was going to get my hair done. My cave woman look is really setting in.But, alas, I didn't sleep a wink last night and today I'm just not right.
All this makes my concentration worse and I can't even distract myself because I can't watch TV, read, do my craft, design anything ... It's like getting a handle on things and find out that handle is broken too.
I'm gonna watch the Graham Norton show.

Hopefully you will be able to get a good night sleep tonight and be able to feel like you did a few days ago. It is so great that you were making progress and this set back doesn't take away from that. I hope you will still plan on getting your hair done. It sounds like it might help you feel better. We are all here for you.
I am glad that you aren't going to let your plans go. Good for you. I am sorry that you couldn't get through a good week. Hopefully next week will be the whole good week for you.
I can relate to what you wrote. There are days when you feel that can just do the things you've planned and then you can't and you end up feeling like a failure. But we need to remind ourselves that it is a just setback - and that we will try again. Lets not be too hard on ourselves. Be gentle and kind to yourself as you are with others. As I say this to you, I am also reminding myself. I pray that we all find relief and healing from this soon.
