was thinking of trying ashweghanda for my anxiety ,but , I wanted to get some input as to if it helps and what best brand to buy of it does ? I ideally want a powder or liquid so I could just put it in a drink if I got some . Other suggestions welcomed to supplements that are safe and help . I prefer liquid , powder or caplets (so I can break in half to test it out or choose my own dose to start ) for anything . I am looking for something I could use for daytime anxiety support that won’t make me sleepy . Thanks

I like it. I use it plus I use rhodiola, Ginkgo. 5htpYou can get a powder but you want about 500 mg. It takes it two or three weeks to really start working. It lowers your cortisol , stress level. It's best to take it 5 days on and 2 days off or one week on and one week off. If you take it non-stop it doesn't work as well.

Hi Pinkgurl. I take it everyday for three weeks and then stop for two weeks. This is what my doctor recommended I do. I honestly can’t tell if it helps or not. I may not continue it when I run out. This is the brand I take. Got it from Amazon.

I'd have to say no, especially unsupervised. This is a very potent and dangerous psychoactive drug that can give you a very bad trip, and being an old hippy, believe me, I know what that feels like having a bad trip. The dosage, the ingredients are always diverse, and because it's unregulated for the most part, I'd say give it a pass. I wouldn't recommend any drug that may give you a bad trip, even though some find relief in micro-dosing mushrooms, if you have any bad stuff your suppressing, it could surface in a not so good way while your tripping.
Ashwaghanda (with ksm66 helps absorbtion) is very safe and gentle…it is not a psychotropic and will not cause mind altering effects.. it certainly rebalances/restores cortisol which in turn increases your resistance to stress…I use it for short periods alongside rhodiola… and find I sleep better taking at night.. this makes waking up much better because the anxiety doesn’t greet you first thing.. that’s gotta be a plus.
