Suffer from Anxiety and have Aspergers Syndrome.

I am a 51-year old female, and despite the fact that I have a full time job, I struggle with anxiety, depression, and low distress tolerance. I also have Aspergers Syndrome.

My mother and stepdad moved across the nation a year ago, my sister ust got a boyfriend, my dad is on an oxygen tank, so I really have no one and need support.

I recently had to junk my car and transport by bike or lyft because it would have cost $3500 to fix the car.

I have a tax bill since Biden raised taxes and feel like just giving up. I was never good at life challenges all my life and need help.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.
