Feeling like I am trapped inside my own mind. Inside my own body. Feeling trapped in my home.

This anxiety and depression is holding me back from living life.

I feel this way daily. I usually call it feeling cagey and I do a lot of pacing through the house. Going for a walk outside helps even though I don’t want to do it. Anyway you aren’t alone. Feel free to reach out if you’re feeling cagey

I try my best to get out at least once a day for a quick walk. But sometimes I feel worse for it.

have you tried sticking your head in your freezer? This helps me when my head is spinning, you should try it

If I had a freezer I’d try that!

I was in the same situation for years until I decided to push myself out. If I can do it, you can too. It's hard but achievable. I'm not healed but leaving my house to work up to six hours a day is a great achievement to me. You can start with anything you love doing. I wish you luck.

Hello Incognito, firstly you are not allone, i feel as you do most daily, if i venture out i never seem to enjoy anything and cant wait to get home. Its very difficult to pull oneself out of this terrible rut. I can only say try to be brave and turn things around, easier said than done i know, but be like me and try.
