Recently increased form 75mg Zoloft to 100mg. I am on day 3 or 4 so far. When I looked in the mirror just now, I felt disconnected and almost like I wasn't looking at myself. If that makes any sort of sense? Does anyone experience this sometimes? Its definitely depersonalization which is anxiety-related.

I feel like I am looking in at a world where I can see myself but I’m unable to guide myself in the right direction.
Oh yes! It’s an odd feeling. It used to happen in my teens. I’m 62 now and experience it sometimes. It’s an anxiety thing for me. Sounds like a possible side effect of Zoloft for you. After all these years it still is scary for me. Comes from nowhere. If I have to interact with people I struggle to talk, knowing I am me but feeling like I’m not there. The first time I felt it though was in the mirror just as you described.
There are times when I am shaving that I feel that way. When I am done shaving I pivot to something positive like my gratitude list or motivational FB groups. Thank God it doesn't happen alot
