Do any of y'all have any free meditation apps? I can't really afford anything right now, so it needs to be completely free.

Meditation Apps
I'm using CBT companion and Inner hour, only bonus features are paid. I'm using them free. And they have journaling and stuff. Also YouTube meditations are good, i'm mostly watching The Honest Guys, they have a lot of free meditations and even live meditations and fantasy meditations. Hope this works for you babe x
Insight timer or YouTube.
I have spotify on my phone for free.. I was able to upload cool meditation stuff
Insight timer and I like it.
Thanks to all of you. I'll try them out.
I like insight timer too, and sanvello

BOB

You can get a book on Amazon that will help you
BOB

Hi again , i dont know if so much an app, but some really useful and very relaxing Mindfulness videos on youtube, some 10 mins, some 20, and so on. The body scan is very good as along as you get the right person doing it. Just type in on youtube "mindfulness" and it will come up with lots of helpful relaxation / meditation stuff on there. I hope this helps you my new friend
Try Calm.com 👍
Insight timer app. It’s easy to use and it’s free
I’m another vote for insight timer 👍
For Android users, there is a wonderful app Atom . It's based upon the book Atomic Habits, so it's set up to begin slowly (just a few minutes each day, so you get into the habit of mediating)
It's been great for my anxiety...I feel a sense of accomplishment. I never thought I'd be someone who mediates
(It's not available for iPhone yet)
I like The Mindful Movement. If you just Google guided meditations you will probably come up with thousands on YouTube.
Okay. Thanks!
People! I have posted something very important, and I need you to go read it!
You tube has many guided meditation exercises
Apps I have found good are medito, konvos, balance, mood shift, mindfulness coach. Some are totally free and others have the basics that are free. Best of luck and hope you will feel better.
