NEED SOME HELP!: Hey there!I'm a newbie... - Anxiety and Depre...
NEED SOME HELP!
how do you mean help ??...love the name by the way Youlle fit right in here ,welcome to the community
You have come to the right community! You will have several people that can relate to you and your story. Just remember that you mental health is just is important as your physical health.....maybe even more! If you feel ok opening up a bit more on your journey, folks will be able to respond and provide insights that have worked for them. Or they may be able to share stories that you can relate to. There is a private message feature too if you run into someone that you really click with and can have the one on one support too. This is a great place and I swear it has saved my life more than a few times! However, this is your journey and if you aren't ready to share that is ok. Take read through other posts, etc and you may find some interesting stories and coping mechanisms to try yourself. Welcome!

Welcome!
Sadly conditions like anxiety, which I suffer from and have done for over 60 years, are not understood by non-sufferers. And therefore their suggestions and advice is usually not helpful.
I have stopped trying to explain.
I look for my own methods to deal with it, I keep trying, I never give up, every morning I wake up and start a new fight for the day and each day is different and separate. I reach some very huge lows and that requires work to get me out of that.
For me prayer and meditation help - greatly! On this forum people share their different ways and medication, if necessary, to deal with it.
I pray that you may patiently, gradually and strongly find your way.
