I must say....I have heard and related to a lot of songs lately about moods and such....Right now I highly recommend Symptom of Being Human by Shinedown. the description and accounts of the lyrics are about as accurate as they can be right now....Love it when music expresses my feelings in ways that I can't. That being said....I am also referring you to one of my favorite shirts that I got on facebook.....It has 2 very powerful statements.....you are enough....and a message to the person behind me. the world is a better place because you are in it.....love the person in front of you

I agree with you mizzou in that music and sayings can help us through our darkness

moments. When I was at my worse with Anxiety, I wore a short that said "BREATHE"

It helped me as well as those who saw me. Good Post xx

I went to a program that promotes art as therapy....their motto is "find your calm" I have lived especially by that motto in the last 6-8 months....after today I will definitely need to find my calm...

I definitely agree. Music has absolutely changed my view of the world, and there are a lot of examples out there of songs that perfectly portray different moods. At the end of the day it ultimately makes you realize that you are not alone. Lots of people struggle with emotions, but being there for people that are also struggling can make this world a better place.

I have also seen people with that shirt, and it makes me want to get one 😊 Such a great message.
