I can attest to the effectiveness of exercising when feeling sad. It motivates you and feeling like you accomplished something makes you feel somewhat better.
I work 7 days a week. I listen to music in the evenings to get me thru my shifts. Basically the best thing I can do is to get as much sleep as possible. Also reaching out to HU and my PM friends and hotlines such as NAMI help. I have trouble meditating
❤️ I’m on the road …was so anxious feeling I would loose control of some sort so I meditated and had a good reminder of a hawk flying above which always makes me think I’m being guided and protected.
