I started Prozac yesterday. 20mg. When I quit I 3 months ago I was at 60mg and I thought it stopped working. Since then I've been diagnosed with double mthfr mutation. I take enlyte now. I pray between the rest and now getting the l-methylfolate I supposedly need, that Prozac will help me out. Some freedom to work on myself. Cause atm I am in hell.

It sounds like you have some goals and are moving forward. 20 mg is a very low dose of Prozac, so I assume your doctor will increase your dosage. I see that "Designguy" talked to you about Genesight. Did any other good medication options come out of that study?
