Feeling lost and sad
Hi Meira1, you are but one of millions who are feeling the same unfortunately.
I know how difficult it can be to express our feelings and emotions. We get stuck
in a cycle of doubts and overwhelming thoughts which paralyze our feelings even
more. It's all about finding ways to express those feelings in swimming to the top
of the surface. The longer we stay below, we feel as if we are drowning in sorrow
and loneliness.
Coming on the forum and talking with others who won't put you down and know
what it's like, is a start. Working on yourself is the answer since no one but you
can change the circumstances or situations that you find yourself in. When we can't
change things then we must accept it and find healthy ways towards acceptance.
Feeling better is involved with a long road ahead but so well worth it. Our mental
state is equally important as our physical one. xx
I’ve been doing my best to better both, but I’ve been having a stroke of bad luck for a long time. I’m not sure why. Plus everything falls on my shoulders and mine alone. Just suffocating. I just need a break.
And that is all we can do and that is our best Meira1..I remember a friend telling me
"if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all".. Quirky but sometimes it happens,
everything goes wrong at once. When it happens, the best you can do is take that
needed break both mentally and physically. Step back and breathe. Give yourself
time to regenerate. (without feeling guilty) We all need that "me time". xx

I understand. I feel the same way. Others seem to be moving along in life and I feel stuck with sadness, anxiety and disappointment. I wish we could all meet someday and cheer each other up!😁. It will get better ❤️🩹
I feel the same. The world is too much and I'm overwhelmed with feeling all of it often. Have been depressed a lot lately. I'm sorry you are feeling the same.
me too. I’ve been the same. Feeling so depressed and anxious. I’m just going with the motions. Hopefully things will turn around for us both
I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. So many are hurting. Remember to take care of yourself and find things that bring you joy. Self care is so important...even if it's just getting out of the house to take a walk outside to clear your head.
thank you. I’ve been trying that lately. But it seems like the things that used to bring me joy doesn’t cut it anymore

it really is. I’m not afraid to post in here anymore because people here are very supportive and helpful. I can’t be honest about my feelings to anyone in my life. My anxiety takes over and some people simply don’t care. Plus I don’t trust anyone. But here, I can be myself. Im grateful for you all on here
