Need help coping with Zoloft and lorazepam

I had a couple of major panic attacks and dropped me off a mental cliff. Plunged into 24/7 anxiety I can’t get control over. Have become unable to do basic things or work. I took celexa for 6 days and was so nauseous so then started Zoloft for the last 5 days. I have had more side effects on the Zoloft but need to stick with it I guess to avoid switching again. Loss of appetite and probably because of it a very acid stomach. I slept upright for a few nights and also ate with my dose and that helps. My biggest. Complaint is that I have whats called akathisia which was impossible to get rid of with any relaxation techniques. Shaky and chilled and tense couldn’t sit down etc. I really didn’t want to take the Lorazepam because of the possible withdrawal later on but now I have to just to keep this other thing at bay. After 2 doses I went from a scared worried puddle of a person to almost my normal self. Guess I’m just not balanced at the moment and really need both to function.

I had found that i didnt need the zoloft every day and most not when stable. Ive learned to leave a panic situation if possible .if constant temporary meds with doc and im sorry but we all worry about needing meds forever. i need clear days more. i have gone from a schedule to not having to take same meds permantely and everyone is differnet. even asprin can be addicting. make sure a good physical check so to rule out heart bp et. blood work also..i weighed 115 and had a quad bypass soooo genetics. Vit D is a must for me.; now if a doc had not looked at my size and did the heart work i wouldnt have gone thru it. instead they said MS and depression....well duh.
