How often do you do this? Do you cry for no reason on a regular basis? Is it interfering with your freindships/school/work? Having a good cry every once in a while can be therapeutic, but if it's for no reason and a frequent habit then I suggest you consult your doctor. I hope you feel better and I'm sorry you are having a bad day.

It's not that frequent. But when it happens it lasts for 2-3 days
