I saw a link to this group in a news article I was reading on my phone and it felt like the universe was telling me to reach out for help. So here I am. I’m looking forward to being part of a community of others who are working to help themselves find their way back to being fully engaged in life. I feel isolated in my sadness and somehow powerless and afraid to take any steps on my own behalf. Have you felt that way?
