Getting support for C-PTSD

The NHS are on their knees in regards to support for people's mental health.

It is extremely difficult to access support, diagnosis and an up to date programme for people with anxiety, ADHD and C_PTSD.

I think I may need to set up a support group myself.

I have ptsd. I am at a loss over the state of the world. For myself I am more hopeful. My husband has made it clear there is no other way forward except total chaos and breakdown. Today has been again tough for us both.

That's a really great idea. My email address is stillstandingrosa@gmail.com. I would like to join.
