i do not consider PTSD a mental illness. I consider it a type of psychic scalding like a sunburn to skin.....too long exposure to toxic rays....................why wouldnt a person have a PTSD is very commoon secondlary to large amounts of stressful toxic environements....like Psychic radioactivity.......................while we feel for a sun burn ...we dont judge it.....just too long exposure..........................in my layans mind.....same with PTSD...while i feel for the person.....................why ? ahh wouldnt they have PTSD and why would i judge a person for it.................
Ill ask my dogs a horses................all in favor of PTSD being a condition and not listed as mental illness...................whinny or bark.............................................ooooooooooh that loud......

most horse are alwaays ...nervous or tense or spooky ....not all but........u ge the opint......so we work slow and quiet.....why woulnd t we??? doctors are clueless..............wee are supposed to earn the trust of the horses..............the doctor yell at them ..........relax!!! like they are in the hosopitatl...ya man that make real sense......ike yelling at a new born..................stoo crying!!!!! ssooo iimpressed with docdtors....my neg bias sorry...................

People trust doctors like doctors know how to “live better”
I’m biased too...prob because I coach the children of a lot of doctors and well off people.
Usually those kids are the ones who need the most coaching!

I’m getting new neighbors on the acreage behind us....and they plan on bringing in horses!
I’m excited I hope they do and I hope I can spend some time close to the animals...I havent been around horses very often.
All I know is that they can see right through our bullshit and I love it.
God judges us through the eyes of the animals.
Those animals know our intentions.
They can feel us right through the air .

The less u do the better
U know more sense and intuitively than the head of knowledge in doctors. Sure they are very whatever but blind. Read charts not the patient
Just read the horse
Be a quiet no. Hurting friend. Let him learn to trust u over time like ur kids. Slow as u know forms a solid kid. Not speed

I think that’s a brilliant analogy! I’ve often thought of it as Post traumatic stress RESPONSE. To me, it’s only a disorder if there is psychosis involved.
As a vet certain conditions or words are super loaded as I know Scares poor clients when in reality just need to change their life style. Same with us. There needs to be the formal doctor talk but Unload the conditions. The amputation is no longer allude sentfnce as I know. We. Need to de emphasis these conditions somehow
