I thought to write a post to say that mental health can have a habit of debalancing our abilities to see our capabilities and potential. I realise it is essential to focus on what we can do and how we have battled against previous challenges which can potentially break us.
It is faith in ourselves and in a greater higher power which can offset the negativity when it comes to haunt us.
To conquer the demons in our head and to not let this add down pour to our aims
I have wanted to reach my goals for many years now but I can see that broken dreams can be mended if we look at other avenues and not to be fixated on a sole expectation which can ultimately cause us pain and anguish if not realised
