I get so frustrated when I don’t have the energy to do the things that make me happy. Makes me feel so limited and feel like I’m wasting away. Depression zaps me of my livelihood. Ugh!!

I would have to agree. I’ve lost a lot of time isolated from family and friends when depressed. Time I’ll never recover. And that’s make depression even more frustrating to deal with. I only hope to minimize these ‘down’ times so I’m available to enjoy the happiness life can offer us
