I have no energy left.

I feel drained out, my mind is racing with thoughts and blames, i feel like i have zero energy to do anything how can i overcome this feeling.

Sorry, have you done something you feel guilty about? I am sure you are sorry about it and you have to learn to forgive yourself. I don't think this is related to depression but just a feeling of guilt which means you have to apologize to the person and forgive yourself, then u will be well. Hope you get better soon.

Focus on why your mind is focusing on blames. When you identify the reason for you feeling blame, you will be able to process why and accept. Acceptance is sometimes the best way to let go of things we don't have answer for. If its not going to be a problem in 5 years, then don't waste your time worrying about it for more than 5 minutes. I previously have allowed emotions to consume me and would feel as though I was so unproductive. My get out was reading. I would read a book for hours and afterwards id feel relieved and free of how I felt earlier on. Turn your focus to something you enjoy that doesn't take up so much effort and motivation. Your mind will become distracted. The lifespan of an emotion is 90 seconds, its yourself that sub-consciously allows the emotion to continue.

In general, we all have things we do that sustain us. We also tend to do things that are more harmful than good, from staying up too late, watching trash on television, not exercising, eating poorly, allowing stress to build up.So fill up on more of the positives and detoxify on the negatives. Change your habits. Take a walk in the forest.

Eat better. Drink more water. Avoid alcohol. Exercise. Say no when you need to say no. Do something for yourself. Take a bubble bath. Get a massage. Help someone in need. Meditate. I’ve felt this a lot during covid. Please hang in there and try some self care. If a task can wait, let it wait and rest to replenish your energy. If it doesn’t spring back, see your family doctor for an assessment.
