I see you liked one of my replies. You always seem so cheerful. Any tips on anxiety?

I try to always see the funny in a situation I’ve always been like it …I do go in the hole sometimes though not anxiety but things get me down usually when I haven’t slept well and been eating lots of junk …you’re a valued member always read your stuff ……..I’ve been in this situation when younger a few times…in comparison I’m ok now and just grateful for the simple things in life .

it's very hard to count your blessings when you are anxious, especially, at least for me, when some of the anxiety is about medical matters. Hopefully it will be resolved as soon as possible. Exercise can help. Especially as SS says, walks in nature. x

don’t let your recent doctor letter drag you down, things can improve ,that was just an opinion based on current findings dig deep and have a restart always find hydration is the best place to start ….peace and quiet walks in nature ….lived in Amsterdam for awhile used to always go to an Irish bar for some Irish stew with soda bread 🍀
