I feel this way too. All responsibility or most fall to me in our family. I don’t have a cure but just try to take a step back. Focus on your breathing. I do a bunch of different techniques. Usually in the morning even before I get out of bed I take a few minutes to just breathe. Also a warm cup of tea or just lemon water with a tad of honey. Heating pad for your eyes. You can heat in microwave. 🤔🙏
I'm so sorry that you are feeling this way. I commend you for coming to the forum and asking for help. I think all too often we tend to get caught up in our thoughts and let them take over. Try some meditation to see if that will help. I would say that you are experiencing an extreme low right now and I would recommend seeing your PCP to see if maybe there is something that can help you out of this low right now.
The thing is therapy is not an option for me right now and that's what's causing me feel worst than before . Where I live and in my society people don't care about mental health issues
I'm sorry that you're suffering so much right now. Is there anything that can be removed from your plate to make your life a bit easier? Can you take any time for yourself, doing self-care, even taking a bubble bath can be a nice break. I love the tub as it's the one place that's all mine w no distractions. Time to meditate to help calm and soothe your body? There's lots of good mediations on YouTube and I use the Insite timer app w 1000's of meditations you can choose from depending on your mood, and it's free. Idk what your situation is, so it may not be that easy to just break away, but even 20 minutes of meditation can really help. As can breathing techniques, again, there's lots on YouTube. I like the 4 square technique. I breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, breathe out for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, repeat until better (you'll know when to stop). With practice, these things will help bring down the overall anxiety that you're feeling. It may be worth discussing w a doc some medication as well as you do sound very low. Meds can and do help many people pull out of depression. There is always hope...
Thanks for your great and kind advice . I will definitely try them out . I just think I'm hopeless and that's the problem because I don't see the reason for getting up and being productive
