Really? I mean really?

I've had my right arm in a brace and sling since October. Today at work, I fell on some ice in the parking lot. I landed on my left arm and butt. I can't believe it. I can type with one finger. Now I am stuck in bed. I will have x-rays tomorrow. I don't think anything is broken. I think it's soft tissue injuries. My right arm has a tear in a ligament. I just want to sleep now. I feel so defeated.

I hope your xrays come out okay but know that soft tissues bruises

So sorry that you're hurting so much right now. Stupid ice. Do you have someone to help you around the house w things like groceries and rides to the doc? I hope you feel better soon. The soft tissue injuries will heal w time, it just sucks in the meantime. Sending you love 🤗
